Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raw macadamia nuts, soaked overnight* then drained
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut cream
- 2 tsp monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup mango, diced
Directions
- In a food processor, combine drained macadamia nuts, coconut cream, maple syrup, and sea salt. Process 2-3 minutes, until smooth.
- Scoop 2 Tbsp macadamia cream into 2 tall glasses. Top with about 2 Tbsp mango. Repeat to make 3 layers.
